Mobile App Authentication

1. Please download the mobile app from an app store and install it.
2. Launch the app and tap “Register” in the upper right corner of the app screen
   
3. Fill in the registration form* and tap the “Register” button under the form
   
4. Check your email account for a confirmation message and follow the instructions to confirm your email address.
5. Restart the mobile app and sign in.

*Note: The first-time sign-in, right after the registration, requires your login credentials. With subsequent sign-ins, you’ll be able to use biometrics instead of the login credentials. If you reinstall the mobile app or have a new smartphone, you will need to use your login credentials one-time again to re-enable biometrics.

1. Update your mobile app to the latest version from the app store.
2. Launch the mobile app and enter your username and password.
   
   If you see additional fields for First name and Last name, please fill them in as well. It is a one-time requirement. With subsequent sign-ins, you’ll be able to use biometrics instead of login credentials.
   

Note: If you reinstall the mobile app or have a new smartphone, you will need to use your login credentials one-time again to re-enable biometrics.

3. Read and follow the onscreen instructions.
